1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers visitors to precisioninvestmentnetwork.com (the "Site") and users of PIN Realty, a mobile app and service for real estate brokers and agents ("Users"). PIN Realty lets Users manage their property listings, leads, appointments and sales records, which are stored on the User's own Wix website. Users who enter information about their own clients are responsible for having the right to do so; PIN processes that information only to provide the service to the User.

2. Visitors to our website

The Site is hosted by Wix.com. When you visit or contact us through it, we may collect: Contact and chat messages: your name, email, phone and what you write when you use the chat assistant, a contact form or the WhatsApp button. Chat assistant conversations are processed by Wix's AI features and saved in our Wix inbox so we can reply. Bookings: your name, email, phone and the time you choose when you book a consultation. Online payments are processed by Wix's payment providers; we do not receive or store full card numbers. Cookies and usage data: Wix uses cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your choices, keep it secure and give us basic visit statistics. You can manage cookies in your browser. WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, Meta's terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation. We use this information to answer you, run bookings, improve the Site and keep it secure. We do not sell it.

3. Information we collect in the PIN Realty app

Account information: name, email, phone, brokerage name, role (broker or agent) and login credentials (handled by Wix Members; we do not see your password). Business content you add: listings, photos, descriptions, prices, status, appointments, leads, sales and commission records, and co-broker details. Device information: device type, operating system, app version and a push-notification token. Usage and diagnostics: crash reports and basic usage events. Camera and photos: only when you choose to take or upload a listing photo. Payment information: when paid plans become available, they will be purchased on our website through Wix; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We do not collect precise location unless a future feature asks for it and you allow it.

4. How we use information

To provide the service and sync your listings, appointments, leads and sales with your Wix site; to send the notifications you enable; to manage your account, subscription and support; to keep the service secure and meet legal obligations; and to improve the app using aggregated or diagnostic data. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Who we share it with

Wix.com, which hosts the Site, your website and the data the app reads and writes; service providers that help us run the service (cloud hosting, push notifications, crash reporting), bound to use the data only for us; people within your brokerage according to their role; authorities when required by law; and a successor if PIN is merged or sold, with notice to you.

6. Internal data stays internal

Commission amounts, co-broker splits, deeds, tax (CRIM) numbers and uploaded documents are kept in private records and are never published on your public website by the app.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active, and Site messages and bookings for as long as we need them to serve you or as required by law. You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings > Delete account) or by emailing us. We then remove its data from PIN systems within 30 days, except what we must keep by law. Content stored on your own Wix site stays under your control.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access, and separate each brokerage's data. No system is 100% secure; tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account in the app, turn notifications on or off in your device settings, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your data, including Site messages and bookings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

10. Children

The Site and PIN Realty are for adults and licensed professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We will post updates here and change the effective date. For significant changes we will notify app users in the app or by email.
