These Terms are an agreement between you and Precision Investment Network LLC ("PIN"), 1150 NW 72nd Ave, Tower 1, Ste 455 #15125, Miami, FL 33126. By using precisioninvestmentnetwork.com (the "Site"), booking a consultation, or creating an account or using PIN Realty (the "Service"), you agree to them.

1. The Service

PIN Realty helps real estate brokers and agents manage listings, leads, appointments and sales records connected to their Wix website. PIN Realty is in development; features may change as we improve the Service.

2. The website, consultations and chat assistant

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Consultations booked on the Site are informational sessions about your project and PIN's technology; they are not legal, tax, financial, investment or real estate brokerage advice. The price and duration are shown when you book. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow the policy shown at booking. The chat assistant on the Site answers automatically and may be wrong; its answers are not binding and do not create any agreement. PIN does not offer investment, trading or financial services.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and use the Service for your real estate business. You are responsible for your login, for the people you invite to your brokerage account, and for activity under your account. Brokers control which agents have access and what role each one has.

4. Subscriptions and payment

When paid plans become available, they will be purchased on PIN's website. Prices, billing period and what each plan includes will be shown at checkout. Plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the listings, photos, client information and records you add ("Your Content"). You give PIN permission to host, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use Your Content, including client information and photos, and that your listings are accurate and comply with the real estate advertising, fair housing and licensing rules that apply to you.

6. Your Wix website

The Service reads and writes data on your Wix site with your authorization. Your Wix account is governed by Wix's own terms. PIN is not responsible for Wix outages or for changes Wix makes to its platform.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or the Service for unlawful, discriminatory or misleading listings; access another brokerage's data; reverse-engineer or disrupt the Site or the Service; upload malware; or resell the Service without our written permission.

8. Professional responsibility

PIN Realty is a software tool. It does not provide legal, tax, appraisal or brokerage advice. Commission calculations and records are for your convenience; you are responsible for verifying them and for your obligations to clients, co-brokers and regulators.

9. Third-party services and advertising

The Site links to third-party services (for example Wix, WhatsApp and the advertiser in our footer). Their own terms apply, and PIN is not responsible for them. The footer banner is a paid advertisement and PIN may earn a commission from it.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Site and the Service available but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, with notice when reasonably possible.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. After termination, we delete your data from PIN systems as described in the Privacy Policy; content on your own Wix site stays there.

12. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, PIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. PIN's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid PIN in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold PIN harmless from claims arising from Your Content or your use of the Site or the Service in breach of these Terms or the law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. App stores

If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and PIN, not Apple or Google, and PIN is responsible for the app and its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You must also follow the app store's own terms.
